Thank You 2020

Earlier this week my favorite software company Kajabi asked Bay to Bay to be a part of their "Thank You 2020" campaign. (We host all of our digital learning and marketing funnels with them). 

While this year has been less than ideal for most of us, they are looking to shine a light on finding positives in a tough situation. The question they posed to us was this:

• How has 2020 been the year of opportunity for your business?

From the outside, it is easy to see how 2020 has been a devastating year for volleyball clubs. Tournaments, camps, clinics, and practices were shut down for months. During this time, our leadership team was forced to take a long hard look at how we could survive this pandemic. Our response was to double down on what we do best: lead.

We built programming for our athletes at home, doubled down on social media, and got creative in how we held practices once in-person activities were cleared to resume. Don't get me wrong, we took big hits through this year, but I believe we are coming out on the other side with a greater appreciation and understanding of what is needed to lead the young men who are in our care into the future.
