Questions clubs ask

Do I pay per coach, per athlete, or per team?: No. One subscription covers your whole club — unlimited coaches, athletes, teams, and seasons. There's no platform fee and no per-transaction cut: you connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of what families pay, minus only Stripe's standard processing fee.
When does subscription billing start?: Billing starts when your club subscribes after being approved — $199 every 4 weeks or $1,990 per year. Applying is free and no card is required to apply.
Can I switch between the 4-week plan and annual later?: Yes. Switch at any time from your dashboard. If you switch from the 4-week plan to annual mid-cycle, we prorate.
Is there a platform fee on payments?: No. Unlike most club-management software, VolleyHQ takes no platform fee and no cut of your transactions. You connect your own Stripe account, so every dollar a family pays goes straight to you — minus only Stripe's standard processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us.
What about Stripe's processing fees?: Stripe's standard processing fee (currently around 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction in the US) is separate and goes to Stripe. We don't mark it up or add anything on top. ACH, if you use it for season balances, is cheaper.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?: No contract. The 4-week plan cancels at the end of the current 4-week cycle; annual cancels at the end of the year you paid for. We don't lock you in — if VolleyHQ isn't earning its keep, leave.
