We got tired of running a club out of a spreadsheet.

No. One subscription covers your whole club — unlimited coaches, athletes, teams, and seasons. There's no platform fee and no per-transaction cut: you connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of what families pay, minus only Stripe's standard processing fee.
Is there a platform fee on payments?
No. Unlike most club-management software, VolleyHQ takes no platform fee and no cut of your transactions. You connect your own Stripe account, so every dollar a family pays goes straight to you — minus only Stripe's standard processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us.
What does it cost, and when does billing start?
Billing starts when your club subscribes after being approved — $199 every 4 weeks or $1,990 per year. Applying is free and no card is required to apply.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. The 4-week plan cancels at the end of the current 4-week cycle; annual cancels at the end of the year you paid for. We don't lock you in — if VolleyHQ isn't earning its keep, leave.
Can families pay dues over time?
Yes. Offer pay-in-full, 3- or 6-month plans, or a custom cadence per family. Installments auto-charge a saved bank account or card, failed charges surface for retry, and financial aid or director grants reduce what a family owes before the plan is built.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. Rosters, registrations, and payment history export, and your Stripe account — where the money actually lives — was never ours to begin with.
